Internal Marketing Systems

Internal Marketing Standards:

1.      Each facility will have a method for tracking inquiries and admissions, to include referral sources and demographics of age, location, etc to monitor trends and appropriately target external plans.

 

2.      Each facility will have a system for weekly inquiry follow  up, which will include a weekly mailing to all referrals pending 30 days or more and weekly phone calls to those pending less than 30 days.

 

3.      Each facility will have an established back up team that will be responsible for inquiry intake, tours and admissions in the absence of the Admission Coordinator.

 

4.      Each facility will have a system/policy for weekend and after hour inquiries, tours and admissions.

 

5.      Each facility will have a system for identifying and resolving internal selling barriers daily.  A tour survey will be sent to prospects within 24 hours of their tour date.

 

6.      The facility accepts tours and admissions 24 hours / 7 days a week
