Marketing Manual Overview


The five objectives of this manual are:

  1. To provide systems that outlines a clear definition of marketing expectations.
  2. To provide a marketing concept (a general idea or plan for marketing).
  3. Recognize the importance of the role of marketing in our industry.
  4. To identify and complete the strategic planning process.  This includes the process of creating an effective 90-day Marketing Action Plan.
  5. Establish a unified effort that will increase our quality of payor mix.
